Antivirus requirement for CISCO routers and switches

  Do we need Antivirus for all cisco devices . need justification aswell .

With regard to Cisco routers and switches - no. You wont even able to get such a product.

Cisco appliances do not require anti-virus, HOWEVER, one must regularly check for published vulnerabilities and take responsibility in patches (if required).
