Bare Minimum Procedures for Adding a DTA 271HD to Provider's System

Hello,

Does anyone have the bare minimum procedures for adding a Cisco DTA 271HD to an existing Control System which is already setup for the same DTA devices of the exact same hardware revision, Factory ID and control number registered in the DTA Control System?  The attached PowerKEY DTA Provisioning Guide looks like only a few steps need to be performed being that the Control System and Provisioning System are already setup for this specific device.

I am also including some video frame captures of the DTA's boot up for first time on a provider's network.  Maybe someone can explain what his happening behind the scenes in this first time boot-up.
