I am using RME 3.4 in Windows 2000. My task is to capture the syslog messages from the managed devices. When I click into the "Syslog 24 Hour Report" page, I can see the message count is increasing. It implies the CiscoWorks 2K server is receiving syslog messages successfully. But when I double-click any item in that page (e.g "Configuration Changes Report"), it said "Invalid Record received from Server, Discarding the record. Recommend Action: Invalid Syslog File Location Specified". Does anyone know what happen and how to solve it? Thanks for your help
