Hello Cisco Community,
I'm planning to take the exam of cyber ops or cybersecurity, however our company need to justify that we need this certification or training. Can someone help me on this?, how can we justify?

I took the Exam some time ago, and at least the knowledge you can gain while preparing for the exam is very useful for every one working in the area of network-security. That doesn't mean that you need the certification (I did mine just for fun), but sometimes employers want some proof that the employees really learned something while preparing.

For a career into cybersecurity consider practical hands on training/experience as enterprises consider formal education and personal endorsements to be the least important considerations. You can take CSX Fundamentals and then CSX-Practitioner exam. This exam is comparatively better but again getting certified is one thing and showing application is another skill the later the most wanted. But at times organizations do need some programs and some credentials for their employees.
