Is Cisco 9200 Network Essentials ok as an alternative to Cisco 3560? 

 We normally do are:

Static route

default rout

SVI

trunking

radius

below features supported - with limited route 1000, I guess.  as long as you have default route or less than routes mentioned you ok.
