Hello. Requires a firewall to work between offices. Maximum traffic performance 400 Mb / s.
Question:
Is this firewall ASA5508-K9 suitable with all services enabled? Example with IPS, AMP and URL

Is it suitable for checking all traffic?

Assuming you want a firewall that will handle up to 400 Mbps, your requirement could be met with any of the current Firepower appliances - even the entry level Firepower 1010 can handle up to 650 Mbps.

The ASA 5500 series is almost completely past end of sales and should not be purchased - even if available from third party resellers. If you care at all about protecting your investment going forward with continued software updates and enhancements that will continue to meet ever-changing security threats then go with one of the current Firepower appliance models.

If you really require 400 Gbps then it would require a cluster of Firepower 9300 appliances. In that case your local partner would certainly be happy to buy you dinner and talk about your several million dollar upcoming purchase.

Hi @Yabordazh

Are you sure 400Gbs is correct? Certainly an ASA5508 would not handle that

I'd recommend the newer FPR 1000, 2100, 4100 or 9300 series hardware depending on you actual performance.

Sorry , i wrong 400Mb/s
