Hi
I have a problem where the clean access agent window will not close. I get a message telling me that i am successfully logged in to the network and refreshing ip succeeded. The OK button is grey'd out and the close button does not respond. I am running 4.1.3.1 on the appliance and the client is 4.1.3.7. Any ideas?

that's a known problem described in CSCsh77730 of the open caveats in the release notes.
the release notes describe the following workaround:
"Workaround: Either uncheck the box or set that timer to a non-zero value. If it is set to anything else, and the user hits the greyed out OK button while the IP is refreshing, then the Agent window closes successfully.
"
