CSC Admin/DA - Blank Page after login

Normally on the CSC portal an admin user with delegate authority can add users.

The admin user account is no longer working, and we're unable to add new users.

I would be appreciative for assistance to resolve this issue.

Create a Delegated Group:
Navigate to Setup > Delegated Administration in the CSC portal.
You can create one or multiple delegated groups, depending on how you’d like to split responsibilities across users with extra permissions. For example, you could have one group for each department involved.
Consider allowing users in this group to login as the users they will be supporting. This feature allows delegated administrators to impersonate other users, which can be helpful for troubleshooting or verifying access permissions1.
Role Hierarchy and Access Management:
Before proceeding, review your organization’s role hierarchy. Roles and subordinates play an important part in determining which users the delegated admins will have access to manage.
Ensure that the delegated admins have the necessary permissions to perform their tasks within the specified roles or departments.
Tasks Delegated Admins Can Perform:
While Salesforce administrators have full access to customize everything, delegated admins can be assigned specific tasks. Some examples include:
Logging in as other users (to troubleshoot issues or verify access).
Managing user profiles and permission sets.
Handling specific activities related to data management.
Assisting with user provisioning and deactivation.
