May I know when will the version of ASA 9.4(2.4) release to fix the above mentioned bug?

From what I can see 9.4(2.6) was released on 28th January.
Follow the instructions in the advisory to find the latest release for your platform.

According to the chat you need to move to 9.4(2.4) , if you don't have access to download the image feel free to open a TAC case to have the image published.
