The software that I am trying to install is fcs-csm-320-sp2-win-k9.exe

Hi there. I got the same error message over and over again. Did you manage to resolve it? Thanks in advance.

You are attempting to install a service pack (SP2) - this requires that the base version of CSM (3.2) already be installed.
For CSM 3.2 you will want to use the file: fcs-csm-320-w2k-k9.exe
The file can be found here: http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/csm-app
Once installed, you can then install service pack 2.
