DNS on the DMZ zone

Hi, my name is Nabor, always i have configured the pix but i have not resolved the problem to set the DNS on the DMZ zone or inside the pix.

Please if some one knows how to do this, help me

Most of my clients setup any server that has to be touched from the outside world on the DMZ. DNS is a good example of this.

I found this out the hard way, but when you define the access rule be sure to use the name of the service (domain) and not just the port number (53).

Otherwise the PIX will continue to block the DNS request.
