Firewall Feature Set

Have IOS 12.2(2)T running on Cisco 2610. Need Firewall Feature Set. Is there any way to upgrade without buying another fully flegded IOS release (as my resseller insists that it's the only way to go)?

Hi Joe,

definitely no!! You have to buy the license that you need like all other Software you need for Servers, workstations, etc. As Cisco has a lot of different featuresets, you can just buy the features, you really need.
