FMC Deployment failed due to connectivity issues with the device or device is not responding

Hi Team,

I cannot config or update policy with FMC (FTD FPR4100). When i update policy and want to save and deploy,

this error show

" deployment failed due to connectivity issues with the device or device is not responding. if problem persists after retrying later, contact cisco tac "

Kindly advise what i need to do.

Hi,
What version of FMC and FTD are you running?

Ensure you have connectivity between the FTD and FMC by taking a packet capture. From the CLI of the FTD use the command "capture-traffic" and filter on "-n port 8305", you should see communication to/from the FMC. If not check there is not another firewall in the path blocking this communication.

FTD System version: 4.0(1.140)

FMC Operating System Version 6.2.2 

You meant doing ssh FTD use the command "capture-traffic" ? I don't see  this command at CLI FTD.  last time I reset FTD and connect back to FMC, and its Okay for three day. and same issue happen again. Before this happen, I configure interface channel. But when I tried to enable port and deploy, its Failed.
