hello forum,

is there a way to hide ( or encrypt ) the whole config of a concentrator , even if one has physical access to the box ?

we don't want the customer to read the config from the boxes in a test-environment we provide.

thanks, in advance.

No, I dont believe this feature exists. You can however limit the commands the customer is able to enter. For example you can allow him to only issue the commands show interface or show xlate. The following link is a guide to configure this, the feature is called Command Authorization. Just remove the write terminal, show config, show start, show run commands from whatever priviledge level you assign their login.
