How to set up a network splash / default / page?

I'm wondering, I have cisco 1811, is there anyway to set up my network, so that the first site people go to is automatically redirected to our intranet home page, no authentication needed, I simply want to force people do see that page first, regardless of what their home page is set to, on their browser?

Not sure if this is 100% relevant but I had something similar for ASA 5520 and 2821, the only thing I could find was the cut-through proxy feature which requires authentication:
