Check the connectivity between these devices; Log into the sensor and type:
sh interface sensing if you see the packets or information here, the problem is caching the information but not sending to the EV, then you need to log into the EV and check at the first window opened, the device status clicking right button of the mouse, and also the properties, here you can check if the ip of the sensor is correct, the name of the sensor, the user and password, and if everything is ok, click on update, and check again, if you see this doesn't work, remove the config device from the EV and add again.
