Were using a Cisco 2600 series router to give our customers remote support over ISDN.
Our customers are using Cisco 801 ISDN routers.
When we connect to a remote site, the 801 router calls us back.
But our customers can also build up a connection to our network, also when were not giving support.
Is it possible to prevent that the 801 router makes a connection to our site when were not giving support? Is it possible that only we can initiate up a (dial-back) connection?
