IOS FW available in cat4000

I need to run IOS FW on cat4000-sup3.

Do you know if it is possible and what last IOS version/release is?

The IOS upgrade planner is a great tool for this - tell it what device, and it gives you options. It also will tell you what ram and flash are required, which can be an issue for access routers.
