I am facing a latency issue regarding the interface manager of the Cisco S370 WEB SECURITY
Appliance having the following Version : 10.1.0-204 . Apparently whenever I try to perform any action, it takes a relativaly
more time than normal.
The image attached shows that the logging disk is almost full, Could that be the cause of the latency ?
Also, is the WSA CS370 out of support ?

yes the delay is due to HDD Full for now, Can you clear some Log Preference and try and let us know.
after clearing the hdd space, can you post from console
> proxystat - this give you some information to diagnosis the issue.
>status
>displayalerts
> ipcheck

Yea, the problem is caused by HDD capacity, so it will be very good start then share with us the result if solved the problem or not.
