Although I’ve never tested it in a lab environment if you’re using Cisco Secure ACS on an NT user database that is LDAP, I don’t foresee it being a problem. You might also check it with the TAC team to verify.
For what it's worth.. The Windows 2000 resource kit contains a tool that allows authentication to be passed from a Cisco Router to a Win2K domain controller. I assume that it uses LDAP.
