Logging Events in Security Monitor

I am using IDS MC with the VMS platform. I noticed that when I edit the signatures, the log box is not checked. I thought that logging events to the MC Security Monitor Event Viewer was automatic. Can you please confirm this is the case. If not is there a way to enable this on all signatures without having to edit each one? Thanks,

Mike,

The log function on the signatures refers to an IP log (you have to log into the sensor via web interface or command line to see them). I have not been able to find a way to enable the log function on all signatures without having to go into each one.
