I have a question about a MARS appliance. Is it possible to read syslog information from a Fortigate firewall?
Since there is Check Point and Netscreen available when you enter a new device, so I tought maybe it is also possible for a Fortigate?

It is possible to read syslog information from just about any device. There is no direct support for any Fortigate devices. However, you can create your own parser templates for just about anything. It's really quite an impressive feature of the solution, but it is a lot of work.
admin->custom setup->user defined log parser templates.
