MARS does not know its version

I have a MARS 100e from a Demo Pool that through a reset or two nolonger knows what version number it is. It thinks it at 0.0.0. It has a known bug that Cisco TAC tells me is fixed in the latest release. But in order to get there, I need to upgrade in sequence.

Does anyone know how to tell through either the gui or the cli interface what version it is at? And through the cli version command I get 0.0.0 () as a reply.

To get there you should have a registered ID to view that BUG.Your service provider may help you to get there.
