Hi

My CS-Mars 110 had crashed for some unknown reason. After reload the device works fine but there is an error with the raid-10 which shows a status of "Degraded", please see attached file.

Is there a way to solve this problem?

Thanks

I am not able to open the attachment, could you paste the output directly instead of attaching the file

It could be coz of the failure of one of the HDD. Raidstatus will show you which HDD is not working. Replace the HDD ASAP

Please attach the file again and post your software version.

Please find attached the diagnostic data of the CS-MARS.

It seems you are facing some issue with attachments on netpro. Can you try using a different browser, maybe that will help.

If I were you, I would re-image the box if possible to regroup the RAID drives. This is the Cisco description for this error:

"The serial number of the physical HDD.

The string, "This drive is foreign" is appended to the serial number when an HDD formatted with metadata from a different RAID controller is introduced. The message is removed when the HDD is assimilated into the array. "
