Monitoring bandwidth by source IP

Is there an SNMP OID that one could use to query the connection table that would give the results of source IP and port number? What about other methods?

I would like to monitor the bandwidth used through the PIX. I would like the ability to track by source IP address and destination as well. Basically, have the output of "sh conn" put into a readable graph.
