Good afternoon, everyone,
I am not sure if this is a correct board to post this question, but here it goes:
Does anybody know what to do when one of the banks are killing connection, once we try to go to their online banking website. We are using Cisco FirePower and Cisco Amp and we don't see anything out of ordinary on the management consoles.

If i understand the question, using your IP you are not able to reach banking site?
if this is correct, check is your public IP in internet blocked / spam list ?

Hello,
If the idea is to rule out Firepower and AMP, better create a ACP rule on top for the ip address of the Bank website. This needs to be created with Trust action. If the issue persists after that, then it could be your public ip address blacklisting issue for which ISP and worst case Bank IT team needs to be contacted.
Generally, if your public ip address is an issue, you can check ip address reputation on several websites, one of them is:
