PacketD icon disappears from OpenView (Unix Director)

I have 4 sensors.. one of them had it's packetd icon disappear from the usual OpenView icons (i.e. packetd, postofficed, etc etc). This is under the Unix Director.

I checked, and packetd *is* running and snoop is working.

Any ideas out there? I reposted since I think I didn't explain it clear enough.

Have you tried manually adding the icon using the Edit->Add Object menu function. The procedure for this is described in the User's Guide.
