PIX515E with 2 WAN Link

Hi All,

I have two difference WAN link (E1 & ADSL) with two difference subnet of Public IP Address (203.117.144.xxx & 203.118.40.xxx). How should I configure the PIX link to two routers and also direct the internal network traffic to the proper WAN link?

Example, E1 link is for webserver and Internet access will go through ADSL link.

Hi,

There is only one way to fulfill your requirement is through routemap on Router. Configure default gateway on pix to ADSL router router. on ADSL router configure route map statement for your requirement.

Hi,

Currently I'm using the leased line connection, if I change the default gateway to ADSL router, how to configure routemap on ADSL Router? Do you have any example?

The PIX's have 6 interfaces and the follow is my setting on each interfaces. outside(e0)-203.117.144.xxx, inside(e1)-192.168.101.xxx,

dmz(e2)-192.168.100.xxx,

state(e3)-192.168.253.xxx (failover)

Should i use the same IP range 203.117.144.xxx for the ADSL link instead of 203.118.40.xxx. From your expertise, what is the better solutions.
