Requesting reccomendations for setup

Hello. I need some expertise in reccomending a config I am building a new network for our corporate office and a retail WAN that ties back into our corporate office resources.

I have purchased an ASA 5510 with CSC. What i need help determining is how set it up so it is secure. I need to really locked down the retail wan and secure the sites since they make us money. I need to block all url's with the exception of a handfull. The corporate user side needs full access. I need to keep the corporate staff from accessing the retail stores with the exception of a few IP's.

Any ideas on how to best achieve this?

This has all the configuration necessary in the CSC module of the ASA.
