Hi,
I need some help regarding virus pattern file update failures.
I have a SSM-CSC-10 module, with base license, expiring on 03.31.2014 (so it's still valid). Virus pattern file updates are included in the base license and it worked until 02.14.2014. From that time, no more successful updates were performed. Every hour I get the confirmation email about the failed updates.
I already tried a procedure described on this topic: https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2006166 but it did not helped.
Any ideas?
