UCS servers unavailable using IE11 and Windows 10

Since last Windows 10 update I am unable to view and UCS servers using IE11. I receive the "Page Cannot be Displayed" message when accessing the Home pages from my Favorites or from typing in manually. Chrome can open the pages without issue, but I do not like using Chrome.

I seemed to have resolved my own question. I was able to uninstall Windows Update KB3172985 and the UCS pages are now opening normally. The trick now is preventing Windows 10 from installing this Update again. Since you are not given the option to choose which updates to install anymore, this could be a challenge.
