UNABLE TO UPDATE S66

i have a 3725 router with ids module installed. it is not currently being used but i am upgrading signatures as they come on. i have done some already. when i try and update to s66/s67 i get the following error:

even when i wait this still happens. any ideas or should i open a tac for this?

i have tried many different things to get this working now.

has anyone come across this before or have any ideas for a fix?

Please post the output of a "sho ver"?

It appears that perhaps analysisEngine is not running. Has the module been reset? Is it under a heavy traffice load?
