using VPN3000 to provide access to two lans from common PCs for two groups

I am trying to use a VPN concentrator to allow people access to two different Networks from a common LAN (with respective internet connections) depending on which group they belong to.

The problem I'm having is I can only set one default gateway as the tunnel gateway, of course this needs to change depending on which LAN the user belongs to.

Ideally, the tunnel gateway could be dynamically configured depending on Group parameters or possibly when the client receives it's address from a pool a default gateway could be returned then??? however such a facility does not seem to exist at the moment - Any ideas much appreciated

I'm not able to fully understand as to what you are trying. However, you could refer to the support page for VPN concentrators and see if you are able to find a useful configuration example there.
