I have a copy of this bundled with recently purchased ASA5520s. Can anyone explain how to activate the Basic licence for this, as when installed it displays a 3-month expiration? I have checked for SAMPLER.LIC on the CD as described in Mynul Hoda's book but there is only a CSAMC.lic file in the licences folder.
I think there is an eproduct upgrade tool where you can check your authorization for a licence. Not sure about the link. But, for this verification, i think you need to be with some contract with the apropriate vendor.
