PAT for H323v2 and SIP was introduced in v6.2 code. If you're doing voice ALWAYS run the latest code available, as we're introducing new Voice features in every release as well as fixing up bugs. Depending on exactly what you want to do, you should have no trouble. If PAT doesn't work, try NAT (one-to-one translation) and it may work better.
