Hi Anuj,Thanks for the response. Actually I do nto transfer calls outside UCCX. My worry is that the calls actually been handled by agents also shown as abandoned calls.Nk.

Hi,Thanks for the answer. It resolved my issue. On of the CCM has IPCC attached to it. Is there any concerns with IPCC when you integrate with AD ?Nalakak.
