Hello all,
I am having a problem with a Cisco client switch ((C2950-I6Q4L2-M), Version 12.1(14)EA1a) that cannot receive updates from VTP server (WS-C3850-24XS).
You can see below both "show VTP status" commands:

VTP Password and domain are the same. Any ideas regarding the problem?

The primary VTP switch is operating in transparent mode. If you want to have a server client model you need to change the VTP mode to server on the server switch.
Not familiar with the size of your network, but if you have multiple switches you may want to validate all before making the change.
