Hi,
Whitch version of SNMP is used by default in the PIX 535 running with software 6.3.4?
Is it the version 3?

It is still SNMP Version 1, this will be changed in the PIX OS 7.0.

Hi Patrick,
Sorry, but I didn't find any information regarding the version 1 used in 6.3.
Did you find it in a particular command description?

You are right it is not clearly mentioned in the documentation but there are no commands for other versions than SNMP version 1 for the PIX OS 6.3.x.
And in the datasheet of PIX OS 7.0 is mentioned:
Introduces support for SNMPv2c, providing increased visibility into the status of Cisco PIX Security Appliances.
To me this means that there is no other support than SNMP version 1 in the current relase 6.3.x.
Cisco PIX Security Appliance Software Version 7.0 datasheet.
