9509 port group bandwidth with model DS-X9248-256K9

IHAC about the 9509 port group bandwidth with model DS-X9248-256K9

I new install a 9509 with model DS-X9248-256K9 ,when i issue#show port-resources module 1, the total bandwidth in one port-group is 12.8 Gbps

but the 9513 with model DS-X9248-256K9 , the total bandwidth in one port-group is 32.4 Gbps,

Is  ok or not for the the total bandwidth in one port-group is 12.8 Gbps in 9509?
