Cisco 3825 Router Nat translation stop , automatic resolved after some time.

Our internet traffic goes through this router via BlueCoat. Suddenly internet goes down and up automatically after some time (10-15min).

During internet outage we can ping 3825 NAT Router (10.101.36.XXX  inside ip ) but not able to ssh/telnet. But after internet up we can able to access 3825 NAT router (10.101.36.XXX in side ip).

We also check trace during problematic time. traffic not pass after 10.101.36.XXX.

After able to access we don't found any abnormal log form 3825 NAT router.
