MED Oscillation

Dears,

I would like to know what is the MED Oscillation  problem & how it is solved with BGP additional path.

it is not clear in Cisco documentation.

There are various scenario's which can cause MED osciallation situation. The RFC3345 illustrates those scenarios along with possible workarounds to fix them.
