Need help with Cisco X.25 to Lucent 5ESS EDAS (Traffic Channel) using the Telco DCN network document

Hello everyone, 

 

Does anyone have any experience in troubleshooting EDAS using JDSU's NetOptimize traffic collector?

Layer 1/2 is established but when the application sends a HEX 53 on PVC 1 we do not see traffic coming back on PVC3.

we are using the standard Telco DCN setup by don Schriner and configured per Lucent's cpblx3 configs

 

any help is appreciated
