netflow monitoring tools

Hi All in the group, 

Could we please know which netflow monitoring tool/system that have a capacity to distinguish IP flow based on BGP ASN?  As we are  transit SP, we would like to know each of downstream customer flow statistic with each of  public internet organization through our upstream SP link or peering link? Currently, most of netflow tools that we are elevating, that are all enterprise based, only treat ISP IP flow as single PIPE, and couldn't classify IP flow based on ASN, neither automatic recognize public source/destination IP flow based on  ASN.    

We are using Cisco ASR9000 platform and netflow Version 9.0

CAIDA cflowd could be a choice see, given their effort to study the global internet and AS matrix aggregation is reported in the feature list.
