I haven't used PRTG with SG switches, but as long as they support SNMP monitoring it should work.  They do have a free demo.

PRTG currently gives you a free demo with 100 sensors, thay are quiet helpfull in a small environment. It provides many types of sensors specific for Cisco equipments, including QOS, netflox, etc.

Just register at the web-site and give it a try.
