Policing - Named aggregate v. Individual

Trying to understand the difference between these two configs.

What is the difference between the two configs below?

mls qos aggregate-policer 10M 10000000 1875000 3750000 conform-action transmit exceed-action drop

policy-map Internet

class TEST

police aggregate 10M

class TEST2

police 10000000 conform-action transmit exceed-action drop

Nevermind, I think I figured this out. If you use aggregate then the 10M would be shared between multiple classes, which is not what I'm looking for.
