Show Commands For RIP

Hi Everybody,

I am trainee network engineer, my training is not completed. Our trainer told us to write the show commands for Switching & Routing with the explanation, I searched internet but I am not able to understand and find anything. Can anybody please give me the proper explanation of show command. With list.

Hi Izharzain

You would be looking for 'show ip rip'. The best thing for you would be to get a copy of Packet Tracer/GNS3 and have a play about, otherwise it wont stick in your head(reading from google is all well and good but will you really remember it?). Remember that after commands you can input '?' for any further syntax options.
