This file is created and updated as follows:
- On the DNCS Admistrative Console:
- goto Server Application Tab
- select DHCT Config, the DHCT Configure Promt opens
- select Global, the Set Up Global DHCT Configuration opens
- when done making updates select Save, the gbldhctcfg.dat is saved
- the file itself can be seen in the OS List
- On the DNCS Admistrative Console
- select the DNCS Tab
- goto Home Element Provisioning tab
- select OS, the DHCT OS List opens
- if built, the gbldhctcfg.dat file is present
- to verify the file is built on BFS:
- On the DNCS Admistrative Console
- select the Application Interface Modules Tab
- select BFS Client, the Site DNCS Broadcast File Server List open
- double click the osm cabinet to see its contents
- the gbldhctcfg.dat file should be present as a "link" file
