we are service provider , and we are going to installation cisco6500 with WS-SUP720-3BXL , my QU, what is the throughput routing trafic when using BGP protocal.

Are you looking for control-plane traffic or actually forwarding traffic. The SUP720-3BXL can handle about 400 Mpps for IPv4 traffic. The link below also provides the scale of number of routes it can handle.

BTW, just to further clarify, the supervisor, itself, is rated at 15 or 30 Mpps (which depends on whether only fabric cards are being used).  The (up to) 400 Mpps is for total "system" performance and has a footnote that DFC3s are required.  (Each DFC3, one per line cards, adds up to 48 Mpps.)
