I have a customer that want to do posture on unmanaged end devices that connects to their network via Cisco Secure Client.
We have tried using ISE for posture before, but the solution was getting quite complex and not so easy for my customer to manage.
The customer already using Duo as their MFA solution and I was reading about Duo desktop and that sounds like a possible solution that can be used for posture checks. For example, if a consultant needs to access their network, they first need to download and install the Duo desktop application and then Duo Desktop perform posture checks like Windows security patch version and verify that the Windows firewall is enabled, etc.
Has anyone experience with the Duo desktop applikation and posture? Does it works ok?
