Log / Audit events for device adds/deletes etc

Is there any capability in Duo logs / reports to show all actions for the addition, deletion, and management of the authentication devices?

I've been doing that with an ETL I wrote to pull and push to Elastic. However, I must be missing something because it is not picking up Passkeys
